Hydraulic System Design & Manufacture

M/s. H & P Services has over 11 year’s experience of producing hydraulic power units. We welcome customers to inspect our workshop and see the facilities for themselves. We offer in-house specification and design to ensure the final product meets our customers exact requirements. In addition to hydraulic power units, we can design and manufacture or offer hydraulic cylinders and complete hydraulic systems. We have produced systems for an extensive range of hydraulic applications - all manufactured to the highest quality standards and customers requirements. We also welcome the opportunity to manufacture to our customers designs for hydraulic power units, cylinders and systems.

Repairs & Refurbishment

Our repair service has been operating since the company was first established so our staffs have acquired the knowledge and experience to repair a wide range of hydraulic products (cylinders, pumps, motors etc.). We can also carry out full refurbishment of all types of hydraulic equipment, either at our customers' premises or in our own facilities if required.

Planned Maintenance

We offer the option of maintenance support on all power units and systems supplied by us. We can also offer scheduled maintenance plans for hydraulic equipment already installed at the customers' site - from a single power unit to a full plant production system. Our service manager will visit to assess the requirements and produce a fully detailed work plan for agreement by the customer. All work is then carried out to a high standard by our experienced engineers.

Installation & Commissioning

As well as design and manufacture of power units and hydraulic systems, we can complete the package by installing and commissioning on site - wherever that may be. We will undertake all the hydraulic requirements of major projects including actuators, control systems and pipe work (Flexible hose or steel pipe). All are installed and tested by our skilled fitters so our customers are sure of a fully functioning system.

Fluid Condition Monitoring

Over 80% of Hydraulic product failures are caused by fluid contamination so neglecting regular condition monitoring can be a false economy. We can carry out regular checks of system cleanliness or supply & install monitoring equipment to give our customers real time information on their systems. We can also offer our expert advice on filtration requirements and supply the best products for the application.

Hose Assemblies

We can make up hose assemblies to most customer specifications and because we hold an extensive stock of hose & fittings we can usually offer a quick delivery. We are fully supportive of the National Fluid Power Association initiatives to raise the standards in hose safety and we are approved under their quality scheme. We use genuine Parker products, our machines are regularly checked and calibrated and our operatives are all fully trained

Hydraulic Repairs Centre

We have over eleven years experience in hydraulic repairs and servicing.

In our hydraulic repairs department, we are able to offer a fast, competitive turnaround on a variety of hydraulic repairs and hydraulic servicing.

We support customers who operate in very demanding environments such as Airport Ground Support Equipment and continuous process manufacturing such as Steel Mills and Chemical Plants. It is these harsh and demanding industries that set out our goals for quality and turnaround in hydraulic repairs

Hydraulic Pumps

At M/s. H & P Services Hydraulics, our hydraulic repairs workshop offers superb repair facilities. We are able to test most pumps to their design specification prior to leaving our repair centre.
